Every VALENTIN Gold & Diamonds lab-grown diamond engagement ring is designed and handcrafted in our own workshop in 14K or 18K white, yellow or rose gold. We hand-select the stones to the same standards of cut, color and clarity as natural diamonds, and every stone of 0.30 ct and above comes with its own international certificate from IGI or GIA. Are lab-grown diamonds real?

Yes. A lab-grown diamond is a diamond – carbon with the same crystal structure, hardness and optical properties as a natural one. It differs only in its origin and can be identified only with specialized laboratory equipment.

What is the difference in price?

Because they are created in a controlled environment, lab-grown diamonds cost significantly less than natural diamonds of the same size and quality. This lets you choose a larger or colored stone, or a stone with higher 4C grades.

Are lab-grown diamonds certified?

Every lab-grown diamond of 0.30 ct and above comes with an international certificate from IGI or GIA, which can be verified online or on our “Certificate Verification” page.

Will a lab-grown diamond look different over the years?
